Your account

• You need an account to use Doppio. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old.

Recording other people

Only record conversations you are allowed to record. Tell the people in a meeting that you are recording and get their consent where the law or your organisation requires it. You are responsible for the recordings you make and upload.

Your content

You own your recordings, transcripts and notes. You give us permission to process them only to provide Doppio to you (transcribing, summarising, searching and answering your questions). See the privacy policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not use Doppio to break the law, to record people secretly where that is illegal, to harass anyone, or to attack or overload the service.

Plans and payments

• The Free plan includes a monthly amount of recording time. Paid plans and prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are bought with bKash or Nagad Send Money. A plan starts once we verify your transaction ID. Plans do not renew automatically.
• If a payment cannot be verified it is rejected with a reason, and you can submit it again. If you paid but your plan was not activated, contact us and we will resolve it.
• Unused time does not carry over to the next cycle; extra hours (top-ups) last until the end of the current cycle.

AI results

Transcripts, summaries and answers are produced automatically and can contain mistakes. Check anything important before relying on it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Doppio running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that affect paid plans.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Doppio is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses.
